Role description: The Service Now Lead Developer is responsible to design and development/implementation of Service Now’s solutions and provide technical & architectural guidance to high performing peers. This role willwork with the IT Service Management leadership, IT service owners, process owners and various service delivery groups to develop technical solutions that satisfy the business needs of the bank to a high quality Key responsibilities: Provide architectural and design oversight to ensure all solutions are fit for purposeand use.  Design/Build technical solutions based on client's needs and process requirements.  Have 4-5 years of hands on experience ofdesign and implementation of:  Discovery Event Management Service Mapping Integrations Have understanding of common tools integrated with Service Now ITOM.  Integration Expertise Deliver solutions using Agile software development processes.  Understand the current “as is processes”and deliver toolset changes based onupcoming process changes.  Customisation or development of enhancement requests for existing ITOM tools and processes Take care of end-to-end developmentactivities for a specific enhancement or project as an individual contributor.  Work closely with BA’s, Architects, Testing team and process teams. Key skills:  Identify areas of process and tooling improvement and provide solutions to ensure tool is protected in process, security and performance aspects.  Ensure gaps are clearly identified and reported to BA/stake holders.  Produce design documents where-ever necessary.  Work closely with vendor resources to meet development deadlines in case of larger projects.  Take respective ownership as an individual contributor throughout the project lifecycle.  Take respective ownership of preparation of release plan.  Involve in Proof-of-concept activities and provide best possible solution to customers/stake.
