Role Summary How this role fits into the vision and objectives of Causeway We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Restorative Justice Worker within the Life Navigate project within Causeway. This role will primarily be working within the The Immediate Justice department. Immediate Justice is a scheme funded by the Department of Levelling-Up for Homes and Communities that will focus on reducing anti-social behaviour (ABS), and building community cohesion. As part of the Immediate Justice pilot in Merseyside, you will work with Merseyside Police, the Probation Service and other partners to ensure that victims’ voices are heard throughout. You will be responsible for delivering ASB awareness courses to individuals and groups, as instructed by their community resolution or conditional caution. Additionally, you will be responsible for reaching out to victims of ASB and informing them about the Immediate Justice process, providing information and support which allows them to cope and recover from their experience. You will work closely with other victim support services in Merseyside.
