Department: Funding & Compliance Location: Home based, UK Reports to: Head of Funding and Compliance (Ops Director in the interim) Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: (Depending on experience) Role Overview As the Apprenticeship Data Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Funding & Compliance with all aspects of delivery compliance. You will be required to work closely with the wider team to ensure the ESFA, awarding bodies and company processes are adhered to and our clients and learners are supported. You will be required to support the team in seeking opportunities to improve processes around ensuring the highest level of quality, compliance and support. Key responsibilities: Lead on the preparation of the monthly ESFA submissions Data compliance, quality and accuracy Supporting with compliance and progress reporting as necessary Checking and actioning monthly PDSAT and FRM reports Supporting with monthly PFR reporting checks Maintain the forecasting dashboard to forecast achievers, EPA, OPPs and Functional skills Prepare quarterly MI trends of performance against national averages: Starts, QAR and grading outcomes Create and distribute monthly MI dashboards for key accounts (Top 5) and programme level KPI performance Support service delivery with ad hoc reporting on KPI performance Main point of contact for wider team compliance related issues/queries Review and attend any relevant sector wide ESFA webinars, blog posts and monthly inform/update emails and ensure key messages are disseminated to senior management Lead monthly co-investment invoicing and reporting Act as a point of contact in the absence of the Head of Funding and Compliance Support with preparation for ESFA audit, or any other external inspection (Ofsted, EQA, Matrix) Support to provide with key figures for sales, delivery, tenders and client presentations Actioning and addressing Dlock errors Actioning and addressing ILR rule violations ESFA compliance checks, evidence.
