Elite Sourcing, LLC has been retained to offer a Senior/Junior Tax Associate position:Great pay and benefits. $75K-$95K DOE About the Job: This is not your ordinary accounting group, they are a specialty division of a firm dedicated to providing financial services in the area of business operations and management. The perfect candidate will enjoy learning about different industries, competitive markets, and specialized practice areas, such as trust, bankruptcy, business operations management, and litigation support. A foundational knowledge of tax preparation and general accounting are required for success. Essential Functions of the Position: Preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, LLC, trust, and bankruptcy tax returns. Preparation of client monthly accounting and financial statements. Analysis of financial data and preparation of reports in conjunction with forensic accounting, bankruptcy, and litigation support work. Operations management analysis and consulting. Required Qualifications: BA or BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. 2+ years’ tax and accounting experience, preferably with a public accounting firm. Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently. CPA license or on track to obtain CPA license. Attention to detail with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficient knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks. Strong work ethic with ability to comprehend complex accounting issues, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Powered by JazzHR
