Elite Sourcing LLC has been entrusted with collaborating closely with a valued client, and we are seeking a capable Staff Attorney to join their team. This role encompasses providing legal guidance, drafting essential documents, attending court proceedings, and contributing to our commitment to excellent legal services. The Staff Attorney will focus on M&C, Motions, Privilege Logs, Form and Letter Drafting, Subpoenas, Discovery Summaries, Research, and Complaints.Responsibilities: Collaborate on case evaluations and legal support for the client. Prepare detailed litigation reports and assess case risks. Attend hearings, depositions, and court proceedings as required. Participate in focus groups to enhance case strategies. Stay abreast of legislative changes and legal trends. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and experts to foster trust. Draft accurate legal documents, including pleadings and contracts. Finalize complaints, meet and confer letters, and discovery responses. Assist in negotiations and mediation efforts. Conduct thorough legal research and provide written analysis. Interview clients and witnesses, summarizing statements. Organize and maintain case files and coordinate with experts. Assist in trial preparation and potentially attend trials. Required Skills: Direct client engagement willingness. Effective management of complex caseloads. Admittance to the relevant bar association. Strong commitment to ethical conduct and legal compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Sharp critical thinking and attention to detail. Independent case management ability. Collaborative mindset for team-driven case strategies. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Juris Doctor completion from an accredited law school. Active law license and State Bar membership. 1+ years of licensed attorney experience.
