We're looking for a dedicated Cerner Ambulatory Consultant (CPOE)! Service Category: ITAssignment Type: Individual/Hourly Estimated Work Start Date: 02-Jan-2024Estimated Work End Date: 31-Mar-2024 Job Type: Remote Job Summary: The project involves comprehensive engagement with key stakeholders, including Clinical and Providers, as well as Transfusion Medicine Services within the Laboratory, for requirements gathering and design. Collaborations with Clinical and Medical leads, along with Laboratory Staff, are conducted to ensure the completion of work deliverables, encompassing the creation of end-to-end clinical workflows. The process includes the completion of requirements gathering using tools such as DCWs and custom requirement gathering tools, as well as the creation and execution of test scripts for unit, functional, and integrated testing, including regression testing of end-to-end workflows. Furthermore, the project involves documenting and presenting JIRA Decision and Change tickets to facilitate design and build work, coordinating through Service NOW with relevant build teams, and working with the education team to inform and validate education content creation for activation. Providing information for the development and maintenance of project plans and identifying and communicating issues and risks related to the Transfusion Medicine Project are also integral aspects of the project. Qualifications: Recent experience in designing and building CPOE Orders for Transfusion in Ambulatory AND Acute care within Cerner. Ambulatory experience is MANDATORY. Cerner experience. Experience with workflow mapping Proficient in Excel, Visio, and Power Point. Knowledgeable in all aspects of the Transfusion Medicine service Must work PST Time and be available full time hours. Experience working with CST Project in Vancouver, BC is a PLUS Experience with CCLs and reporting is a PLUS Powered by Jazz HR. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
