Language Trainers is a successful language training company working with freelance teachers of 70 different languages in hundreds of towns and cities across the world. Students are either in-company or self-funded who need to learn a language at their office or their home for work, family or travel reasons. Founded in 2004, the company’s motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere! I am writing because we may have a new teaching position for you. One of our clients in Calgary, Canada would like to have one-to-one Online general Farsi tuition for her son. This student wishes to have classes through Zoom. He would like to have a 30-hour course of 1 hour per lesson. Classes should be held once per week on Friday afternoon, Canada Mountain Standard time. He wants to start lessons within two weeks. His current level is elementary. motivation for learning Farsi is: Family. The student would first like to have a free 30-minute taster lesson to see what the course will be like. His availability for the trial is: (1) Friday - 02:00 - 02:59 PM (2) Thursday - 05:00 - 05:59 PM (3) Sunday - 09:00 - 09:59 AM, Canada Mountain Standard time. Client requested a trainer located in Calgary, in case they decide to have lessons in-person in the future. Ideal teacher should: Be a native speaker of the language OR hold a teaching degree Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter Have a valid working visa Live up to 20 miles from the client´s location. Location of the classes and schedule could be flexible based on your and the client’s availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. This is a freelance part-time position and we are not able to sponsor your visa. Please only apply if you meet the above conditions.
