WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS: Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations, the Manager, Inflight is responsible for the conduct and professional standards of the Inflight group. They will identify deficiencies and develop strategies to ensure that Cabin Crew are mentored, trained and disciplined in accordance with Lynx Air policies and procedures and as prescribed by regulation and the Corporation. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Providing leadership and supervision to cabin crew Ensure that a current and approved Cabin Crew Manual is in place Ensure Cabin Crew training programs are current, approved and trained in accordance with the approved training program Issuance of directives and notices to the Cabin Crew as required Act upon and distribute accident, incident, and other occurrence reports Process and action Cabin Crew reports.
