Primary Responsibilities Communicate dispatch information to Drivers Monitor and respond to driver’s satellite messages Participate in and support driver retention initiatives Collaborate with Customer Service and Planning teams to efficiently solve problems Maintain fair and equitable distribution of work Monitor driver performance and miles Coach driver’s regarding customs, hazmat, hours of service, policy, regulations, satellites Develop solutions.
