Job summary This position is responsible for managing the coordination and integration of OMA products and services to enhance the member value from the OMA. You will leverage evidence and data to curate new and existing OMA products and services to various segments of our members. You will have a solid u nderstanding of member needs and priorities, ensuring products and services are aligned to drivers of member value while seeking opportunities to raise awareness to enhance member uptake and experience. The manager will develop and monitor key data trends and metrics and drive opportunities in innovation and improvement. How you will make a difference Leading coordination and integration of products and services to offer members a curated experience based on various segments Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with industry trends to inform product engagement strategies Leveraging existing and seek out new sources of data and evidence to inform how products and services are structured and delivered and ensure they remain up to date with industry-trends and member needs (e. g. direct member engagement, market research etc. ) Leading member-centric research and evaluation framework for new products and services Employing use of metrics to continually monitor and backss awareness, engagement and satisfaction amongst members; promote continuous improvement opportunities based on metrics.
