The role: As an Electrical Commissioning Engineer/Technologist , you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of our systems by: Working closely with other Engineering teams to support the electrical and control commissioning of our systems. Developing and implementing efficient and standardized procedures for factory and site commissioning. Providing design feedback. Engaging in detailed electrical commissioning planning. Testing and commissioning innovative clean technology solutions. On average, your work will be 30% at customer sites and 70% at our headquarters. Field shifts generally require 2-3 weeks at site, followed by a similar time at headquarters. Further afield locations may require longer periods at site. At Saltworks, we believe in fostering a learning environment. As such, you will gain industrial system testing and commissioning skills while being trained and mentored by project managers and senior leaders to become a subject matter expert. You will be a great fit if you have: No travel constraints: You must have a valid passport and be able to travel to customer sites internationally. A diploma or degree in Electrical/Control Engineering Technology or equivalent with 2 - 4 years of relevant post-graduation working experience as an Electrical Engineer/Technologist. Familiarity with industrial safety standards regarding mechanically and electrically energized systems. Proficiency and hands-on experience in electrical installation, commissioning,.
