Their platform offers accurate and fast, visual reporting for ads on Tik Tok, Meta, You Tube etc to help growth teams understand what works. Their software helps performance marketers and creative teams. They work with top ecommerce companies and well known DTC brands The Role: Our Partner is currently seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their growing team. In this role you will be excellent at product research and have the ability to work in a fast paced growth environment. You can work through ambiguity at times to find the best possible solution. You are a problem solver and have strong communications skills. In this position you will collaborate with the ‘Head of Products’ to define areas or focus. You will also lead user calls, building cases around problems. And you will be excited to design the most effective solutions for the company's clients. You are the kind of designer that doesn’t steer away from ambiguous swings that tap into user problems instead of small iterations in user flow. You thrive in exploring pivotal zero to one solutions. The Responsibilities: Collaborating with the Head of Product to add to the product report Working with the team to build, iterate and end a project if it isn't delivering results Own and contribute to the design pipeline working both independently and collaborating with the product team Work on solutions, but also role in identifying and defining problems. Working across-functional teams and communicate opinions on what a good MVP is like You are at the cutting edge of technology and you embrace ambiguity to design solutions Able to work with a highly dispersed team Able to work between UTC-5 and UTC+1 work hours.
