ACML is actively seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator located in Toronto, Ontario whose main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Represents ACML as a key contact in maintaining positive relationships through professional and effective responsiveness to, and proactive consideration of, tenant issues, thereby ensuring that tenant relations expectations are being consistently met. Assists in the preparation and implementation of strategic plans to increase and uphold the quality and effectiveness of communications with client relations, key stakeholders and tenants. Receives/coordinates tenant service requests through Angus Any Where CMMS system for day-to-day and emergency work while ensuring appropriate information/updates are relayed to client representatives (including Leadership Team, Tenant Relations, etc. ) in a timely manner. Directs/supports work assignment including resourcing of staff; sets priorities and develops/maintains administrative policies/procedures. Monitors/tracks operational performance.
