Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent within the construction sector. As a leading construction company, we are committed to building a skilled and diverse workforce to support our projects and drive our continued growth. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for various roles within the construction industry, including but not limited to project managers, engineers, architects, construction workers, and administrative staff. - Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job postings, networking, industry events, social media, and partnerships with educational institutions and industry organizations. - Conduct thorough candidate backssments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person interviews, to evaluate technical skills, industry experience, and cultural fit. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. - Stay informed about industry trends, labour market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to improve recruitment strategies and processes continuously. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a focus on hiring for roles within the construction industry. - In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate backssment methods. - Strong communication and interpersonal.
