The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Orlando, FL area.Title: Production SupervisorLocation: Orlando, FL AreaSalary: $60,000 - $70,000 plus bonus Hours: Monday - Thursday 6pm to 6am Relocation: YESResponsibilities: --- Leadership: Manage hourly production associates by setting a positive example and proactively contributing to the company's success.--- Safety Training: Conduct monthly safety training for all department personnel.--- Reporting: Provide production reports to Executive Team Members as requested.--- Schedule Compliance: Ensure adherence to production schedules and handle all relevant tasks.--- Equipment Maintenance: Collaborate closely with maintenance to ensure safe and efficient production equipment operation.--- Process Improvement: Continuously work on enhancing factory processes and consider associate suggestions for improvement.Qualifications: --- Bachelors Degree--- Supervisory experience within food manufacturing--- Bilingual Spanish--- Lean manufacturing experience (Six Sigma, TPM, etc.) --- ADP, Kronos, or Workday experience
