Established in 2001, MTR Partnership are a close: knit recruitment consultancy who specialise in recruiting white collar, professional staff in to companies in the Construction and Property sectors. We have developed long standing relationships with a variety of clients and benefit from preferred supplier status with many companies. We have exceeded our sales targets for 2023 and want to build on this success by adding to our team. We want to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to support our experienced consultants out of our Leeds office to find key personnel to fill roles temporary and permanent. The vacancy flow will be continuous so your time will be spent sourcing candidates via various mediums (including our database, social media, job boards, referrals), writing and posting adverts, checking credentials and ultimately helping our consultants to fill the jobs. This is a key role in the business, we offer a structured, measurable and realistic training plan that will help you to develop your career. Were adept at supporting people to develop and succeed in the role, a great example of this is one of our Senior Leadership Team who joined the business 9 years ago as a Recruitment Resourcer : were a real meritocracy. Who we are looking for; Recruitment experience would be great but a customer services background with the knack of relationship building is essential. You will need a good work ethic and resilience : Construction recruitment is rewarding and exciting but also challenging The Construction industry is full of big personalities and a positive attitude and sense of humour makes the day fly. Personal organisation is also important. We have a state: of: the: art CRM database system that helps with this and a lot of your time will be spent speaking with and arranging to speak with candidates.
