You will be handling a wide range of corporate transactions including Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, MBOs and general corporate finance matters within a busy and entrepreneurial team environment. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE and experience dealing with all aspects of corporate law, gained within another leading regional or national law firm. The appointed legal professional will have exceptional communication and client handling skills, with the ability to deal with clients from a wide range of business sectors.
