HR Generalist Permanent Bradford On: site A GBP 40,000 : A GBP 45,000 Working Hours: Flexible Hours between the hours of 6am : 6pm, Monday : Friday Our growing family owned client are currently looking for a HR Generalist/HR Advisor who would be wanting progression into a HR Management role, in a stand alone function. This position would be ideal for a HR Specialist from a generalist aspect to provide HR structure and support to the growing business. Main Responsibilities of the HR Generalist To ensure the Employee Handbook, HR policies and procedures are in all inline with legislation and kept up to date with all updates. Ensure the company compliance is in line with employment Legislation Lead and develop all HR Projects, evaluate current procedures in place and undertake project work to enhance the HR presence and structure within the business. Have an overall management of recruitment needs for the business including contract management, interviewing processes, exit interviews and company inductions. Implement and enhance all ER Related topics including support for the employees, employee support programmes, disciplinaries, grievance support and support to the line managers/SMT teams. Identify and opportunities and HR change for the business. backssing the training and development in place for employees and implement any external functions to support the skillset development for employees. Experience and Skills required Experience within a HR Generalist/HR Advisor position is essential, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering industry. Confident in all aspects of HR, with the ability to design and implement new processes and procedures to role out across the business. Confidently be able to support line managers and SMT with any HR Related queries.
