Multiple part: time flexible positions are available for a Sports Centre Receptionist. These positions are on an 11.5: hour per week contract basis. There is onsite parking facilities and cycle storage available, you will also have access to the school's gym, one to one wellbeing support and support to complete CPD which is applicable for role. The Sports Centre is part of Gloucestershire's largest comprehensive school with over 200 staff and 1,700 students. The centre has a fitness suite and 3G sports pitches, whilst not in use by students on weekday evenings and throughout the weekend, many of these high: quality facilities are available to let. The purpose of this Sports Centre Receptionist role is to: : Undertake reception duties to provide a quality customer service to visitors of the Sports Centre. : Supporting the Sports Facility Manager in leading all associated activities in order to best support the school in achieving its strategic objectives. : Overseeing the running of let facilities whilst on shift, providing assistance and support to school facility users, promoting a customer: focussed environment, and generating excellent public relations and customer care. : Supporting and contributing to the overall ethos, work, and values of the school. We are keen to speak to people about this Sports Centre Receptionist opportunity who have the following skills and experience: : Experience of developing and maintaining contacts with outside agencies as appropriate. : Computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office365 applications. : A First Aid at Work qualification (or willingness to complete) In return you will receive a pay rate of GBP 11.20 per hour.
