Head Chef : Staff Canteen : Monday to Friday, Members Club : 36.6k Central London Job Role: Head Chef Staff Canteen Salary: 36,624 Hours: 37.5 per week contracted Paid Overtime: Yes Restaurant Size: 60 covers Team Size: 9 Chefs Nearest Transport: Embankment Tube This is a great role for a Head chef to manage a staff canteen for the front and back of house teams in a private members club in central London. The food is all fresh and the members restaurant has high standards. We are looking for a head chef that can create monthly, healthy menus for the staff to enjoy. You will need experience in ordering, menu writing, health and safety and basic paperwork, but most importantly in creating great dishes and building a bank of menus for staff food.
