Handyman : North East London (Health Care sites) Up to GBP35,000 + Van + Benefits Facility Management Consultancy are actively looking to add to their maintenance division and currently require a Handyman to cover work on healthcare sites in the North: East London area. The Handyman position will work in conjunction with specialist electrical and mechanical teams and will include PPM and reactive work looking after the fabric of the building, plant rooms, water treatment and air units. the successful Handyman will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience working for a facility management or building services company and be used to work independently and as part of a small team. Technical specialisms would be of interest, but specific training will be given. In addition, the role will come with a company vehicle and a host of corporate benefits.
