Environmental Events : Volunteer Officer x 2 Job Type: Fixed Term Contract for 18 months Hours: 1 x Full Time, 37 hours per week. 1 x Part Time, 22.5 hours per week (Preferred days : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, other week days could be considered) Location: Hackney Office with project delivery at sites across London Salary: A GBP 25,000 to A GBP 28,000 (pro rata for part time post) Share your skills and knowledge with corporate groups, facilitating exciting days where employees bond with their team, step out of their comfort zone and contribute to a future where every neighbourhood is vibrant and green. The Role The Corporate Partnerships team help companies excel at their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) goals through delivery of employee volunteering events. Events will include community greening, ground maintenance, construction (for example bird boxes and raised beds) and upcycling. The Environmental Events : Volunteer Officer role is ideal for someone who is interested in an active job with extensive outdoor facilitation, building and sharing of knowledge in practical skills and sustainable practice. Youll be willing to go above and beyond to make a difference to communities, working longer hours around an event day, with time off in lieu given, for shorter alternate days.
