Due to this, the award: winning client is currently recruiting for a Commercial Design Manager with an LPCB Qualification. The client, a market leader within a niche industry, is currently undertaking a huge expansion within the sector which will present multiple opportunities for further progression and development opportunities. The successful candidate will receive state: of: the: art training across a variety of operations and procedures and will have the opportunity to head up projects across multiple commercial businesses. Duties and Responsibilities: Utilise LPCB guidelines and industry best practices to design effective and efficient fire protection systems for commercial and industrial spaces. Create detailed sprinkler system layouts, hydraulic calculations, and specifications tailored to project requirements. Stay abreast of local and international fire safety codes, regulations, and LPCB standards to ensure all designs adhere to the latest industry requirements. : Collaborate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits for the installation of fire protection systems. : Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate sprinkler systems seamlessly into building designs. : Provide clear and concise communication regarding design concepts, requirements, and technician specifications to project teams and clients.
