Oleander House has 12 one: bedroom apartments. We provide care and support for adults, with a range of learning disabilities, encouraging skill development, and living as independently as possible. The role is varied and interesting and we are looking for the right applicants to complement our team. We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as ongoing training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. We have our own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all.
