We are united by a common goal : to reimagine the future of beauty. The opportunity: Job purpose The visual merchandiser will be in charge of all permanent VM aspects within UKstores. While the main focus will be on our store openings, they will support existingstores where necessary. This consists of managing all permanent visualmerchandising solutions to open stores : organisation, order, brandcommunication, productions, installations and budget monitoring. These solutionscould be brand or Sephora displays, soft customisation elements as well asfurniture. This person will be the contact for all brands UK internal departments andour central merchandising team for all categories and fixtures. This role will manage all permanent visual merchandising solutions; creative andtechnical development, validations, roll out, updates, installations. Duties and responsibilities: Store opening : Global layout construction: manage with category mangers and store rollout project team: Brand fixtures : validate with central team all fixtures including creativeconcepts and technical aspects: Sephora destination (fixtures designed and produced by Sephora): orderfurniture according to central offering and strategy. Prepare VM set up instore with EU guidelines (position, merch plans, VM elements, printings): Coordinate the deliveries and manage installations: Brand soft customisation: follow EU guidelines and adapt to local needs: Sephora collection: Produce and coordinate with central team and localsuppliers: Sephora institutional: with the construction team, manage institutionalfixture order: Supply chain furniture: Order.
