Assistant Psychologist (Neurodiversity) : UK Remote Location: Home: based with occasional travel Salary: GBP 30k : GBP 36k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits Full Time, Monday : Friday, 8 am : 6pm The Client: Our client, a Healthcare Company is one of the UKs leading providers of occupational services. Their clients include leading names across a wide range of sectors. The Role: As an Assistant Psychologist, youll backss workplace needs, meet with clients and employers, and recommend lasting, impactful adjustments for employees. Responsibilities: Understanding client concerns and identified barriers Delivering training and coaching to support individuals in the workplace Conducting face: to: face or virtual backssments Collaborating holistically with other professionals (e. g. physiotherapy, doctors, nurses) Maintaining high client satisfaction levels Positively contributing to the teams contracted KPI targets Requirements: Previously worked as an Assistant Psychologist or in a similar role. Experience in Neurodivergence (e. g. Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, DCD, Tourettes) Knowledge of workplace strategies to support employees Familiarity with the Equality Act 2010 and reasonable adjustments Hold a First or Upper Second: class psychology degree with British Psychological Society membership eligibility.
