The Role: As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in preparing food, ensuring Health and Safety compliance, and meeting Food Standard guidelines. Responsibilities: Consider residents dietary needs and respond to their preferences. Contribute to breakfast preparation and service. Manage waste disposal efficiently. Ensure timely use of all food items, especially perishables. Assist in serving meals. Maintain daily cleaning duties as per the schedule. Perform other reasonable duties as required. Requirements: Previously worked as a Kitchen Assistant or in a similar role. Prior experience in catering. (Desirable) Food Hygiene Level 2. (Desirable) Effective communication for resident interaction.
