As a leading player in our field, we are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. If you are passionate about harnessing the power of ServiceNow to optimize processes, enhance user experiences, and drive innovation, we want to hear from you. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs. Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts to deliver efficient and user-friendly applications. Perform integration tasks using APIs to connect ServiceNow with other systems, applications, and databases. Assist in the implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other ServiceNow modules. Participate in full development lifecycle from requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.
