Job description The Tier 1 Helpdesk is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and ensuring end-user needs are met Develop standard operating processes and procedures to promote consistency Setup/configure computers, user creation and accounts Provide excellent customer service and display technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Office and AD Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level including installing upgrading software, hardware, implementing file backups and configuration of systems and applications Dependable and punctual Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience level: 1 year Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Omaha, NE: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Help desk: 1 year (Required) Windows: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In personPowered by JazzHR
