We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and development, and be able to lead and mentor a team of developers.Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and development standards Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet business needs Provide technical guidance and expertise on Salesforce platform and integration technologies Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments Powered by JazzHR
