This position is looking for someone who is able to work fully onsite in Baltimore, MD from 9am-5pm every day. This is a full-time direct hire position that is looking to pay between $100k-$120k/yr. This position requires someone with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and you must be a US citizen or green card holder. Circuitry design and writing firmware experience is a must. Key Responsibilities: Utilize engineering CAD software including fusion and PCB Design software packages Experience in circuitry design Design power electronics (IGBT based inverters) and supporting passive components Support manufacturing of active harmonic filters and induction heating equipment by providing construction procedures, test procedures and troubleshooting support. Provide “support” documentation which included producing Test reports, Start-up procedures, Installation/Operating/Maintenance Manuals, for use internally and by end user. Prepare correct first-time designs for manufacturing, Installation and commissioning Qualifications: Electrical or Electronic Engineering degree, Bachelors (required), Masters (preferred) Knowledge of real-time control theory and digital filtering techniques. Knowledge of power electronics, especially IGBTs used in power inverters. Power electronic design and packaging. PC board design and layout. Power filtering using inductors and capacitors. 6+ years in at least some of the fields related to the needed skills. Powered by JazzHR
