We are located in the beautiful mountains of southern West Virginia and have excellent public schools. You could live in a small city or out in the country for a quieter lifestyle. West Virginia's cost of living is 5.6 percent below the national average and West Virginia's price for an average home is 38.5 percent below the national average.
