Head Start Support SpecialistCommunity Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison and Nicholas counties is currently accepting applications for the position of Head Start Support Specialist for all counties. The position has the responsibility for assisting Head Start direct managed and partnering agencies with meeting the required screenings, assessments, and other criteria as outlined in the Head Start Program Performance Standards, NAEYC, the state Quality Rating System, state, federal, and local guidelines. This position is also responsible for data management and analysis tasks, including data entry and tracking, interpreting data and making data informed recommendations to the Office of Child Development.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or business related degree is required. Early childhood education, child development, or other related field with experience in data collection and analysis. Must obtain a food handler’s permit, physical, TB skin test, and any other screenings, physicals and/or testing required by funding source, licensing and/or regulations.Closing Date: February 20, 2020Salary: $18.43 - $20.27 (hourly) 10% salary differential for bilingual applicants (English/Spanish)Applications may be obtained at any agency office or by writing or calling or via internet: Community Action Council, P.O.
