Our client, Elkan, Inc. based in Watford City, ND is seeking to hire a qualified Controller that has the flexibility to work remotely from their home. This position will be accountable for the financial affairs of the organization including preparation and analysis of financial reports, internal controls, job costing, AP/AR along with other projects as assigned. The Controller will work closely with and report directly to the owner.Qualifications include, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 5 plus years of experience in a financial management role. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of accounting principles and practices along with ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to this position.
