As the Vice President of HR Business Partner for the G&A team, you will play a critical role in aligning Global HR strategies with business outcomes. The leadership position requires someone that is a builder, likes to innovate and execute and scale across a variety of teams. A proven track record in driving organizational success through transformation while building a culture and creating followership is required.Strategics alignment: Collaborate with several executives to understand business goals and develop and execute Global HR strategies that align and support the organizations overall strategic direction.Culture Leadership: Foster a positive and inclusive culture by implementing initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.Talent Management: Drive organization effectiveness and evolution through talent strategies. Succession plans, performance management, leadership development, retention strategies, bench building, workforce strategies.Change Management: Be a change agent.
