This is a office-based role working on behalf of a business that specialises in MOT and servicing solutions on behalf of various automotive businesses across the UK. Responsibilities Of The Receptionist Include - Providing excellent service to customers over the phone. - Scheduling call backs for service advisors - Administrative responsibilities. - Keeping accurate records of work booked in/out. - Updating customers on their journey with the company where applicable They're in need of a friendly, positive and confident front of house team member who is able to complete these responsibilities effectively. You will need to be IT literate and have some experience in a reception/admin role. If you have knowledge of the automotive industry this will be a benefit in your application.
