Accent Controls, Inc. (ACI) will be hiring Truck Driver, Light / Mule Train Operators for the Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) East, located at the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) in Cherry Point, North Carolina. ACI has a commitment to ensure that quality is the driving force in all efforts that promote a safe, secure, neat, and orderly work environment. The job description, below, is meant to be a guide. It is not intended to limit in any way the duties an employee may be required to perform. This job description may be updated at the discretion of the company. Job Description: Operates electric carts and tow tractors to pull wagons in support of production requirements. Completes the required number of scheduled routes and picks up and delivers cargo at various production stations as indicated on the production control tag. Ensures that cargo is properly secured on wagons. Completes operators' pre-operation check, performs operators maintenance and completes Trip Tickets as required. May be temporarily assigned to any other task that he is qualified to perform. Qualifications: Must be able to qualify as a Tow Tractor Operator. Must have working knowledge of securing loads and be safety conscious. Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry a minimum of 60 pounds. Must have a good driving record for a three-year period and pass a physical and drug test. Education High School Diploma or GED ACI maintains a drug-free workplace and performs pre-employment and random substance abuse testing and background verification checks.
