BSG is the premier leader in contracted housekeeping, laundry, and dietary services to medical and long-term health care facilities. We are looking for Housekeepers and Laundry Attendants. The role of our Housekeepers and Laundry Attendants is described in detail below and must be performed in a manner that sufficiently meets client satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by BSG Maintenance location based on client requirements and business needs. Housekeeping · Maintain cleanliness in common areas, bathrooms & resident living/dining areas.· Trash disposal, mopping & emptying wastebaskets.· Must be trustworthy & adhere to confidentiality concerning residents' health conditions.· Maintain a professional relationship with co-workers & other staff.· Comply with the Residents' Rights and Community Policies and Procedures.· Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Laundry · Collect, support, and distribute laundry throughout the facility· Audit laundry when returned from the laundry distribution center.· Ensure collected laundry is ready for pick-up to the laundry processing center.· Comply with patient rights and hospital policies/procedures.· Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Shifts available: · Full Time· Part Time· AM/PM Shifts We Will Train You: · No Experience Required· Paid - On The Job Paid Training Qualifications: · Ability to interact in a positive manner and to communicate well with patients, families, co-workers, supervisor, and other employees.· Flexibility & ability to adapt to changing needs each day.· Ability to follow written and oral instructions.· Adaptability to perform a variety of duties and repetitive tasks.· Must be prompt and adhere to scheduled hours.BSG Maintenance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Must pass caregiver background check.**Please note we work in healthcare facilities; vaccination requirements will be discussed during interview process.
