A Day in the Life of a Residential HVAC Installer 1 This is an entry level position. Proficiency of the responsibilities listed herein should be expected within 6 months, at which point advancement towards Residential HVAC Installer Level II would be considered. Our entry level HVAC installers are responsible for cleaning jobsites and trucks on a daily basis and assisting the experienced installers with day to day tasks as they learn the trade. What you Need to be Qualified for the Residential HVAC Installer 1 Position Valid NC or SC Driver's License and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug test Ability to lift 75 pounds Must have your own tools Must have good attendance and willingness to learn and follow instructions Excellent communication skills and a self-starter Neat Appearance Good work ethic Positive attitude Possess the ability to read and write English to a HS level We understand your time is valuable and that is why we have a very quick and easy application process.
