Bowser Automotive is seeking an Entry-level Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting duties following established principles and procedures. The Accounting Clerk will maintain a positive working relationship with customers and vendors while maintaining a high level of confidentiality in all organizational matters. Essential Responsibilities: Utilize CDK accounting software Microsoft office Process accounts payable including posting of invoices into General Ledger, statement reconciliation, and issuing payments to vendors. Assist in maintaining vendor accounts and obtain W-9 forms as needed. Register Warranty/Gap/Theft/Multi-Shield/Tire & Maintenance policies with various vendors. Process Cancellations of Warranty/Theft/Multi-Shield/Tire & Dealer Maintenance registrations and vehicle warranty products. Generate and maintain appropriate reports and spreadsheets. Assist with 1099-NEC preparation and filing. File and maintain records for required period of time. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Why You Will Love Working for Us!
