Bowser Automotive is seeking a full-time experienced Deal Poster. The Deal Poster will maintain all aspects of posting deals on vehicles at the dealership. Essential Responsibilities: Contracts in Transit and Vehicle Receivables Status Tracking Verify VIN numbers on all paperwork, MSO, and Titles Deal Posting and costing Rebate Dealer Cash Verification Daily Deal Issue Tracking Post after sales into Accounting Post Trade Driver's hours into Accounting Responsible for office supply orders and business cards Verify numbers in Finance for State paperwork Other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Education and Qualifications: Must have a minimum of ONE year experience in Automotive Accounting Detailed oriented skills with strong organizational and multitaking skills Fast learner that is open to change and able to handle a demanding environment Prior experience in accounting software; experience in ADP software a plus Ability to work independently and with a team Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Strong communication and people skills - both written and verbal Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for up to 8 hours/day Ability to work with computers for up to 8 hours/day Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
