Maintenance Tech - 8am-4:30pm - Full Time w Benefits Position Summary: Under the direction of the Plant Operations Supervisor, responsible for ensuring the quality of maintenance repairs through performing highly diversified duties and/or leading maintenance technicians and workers to complete necessary tasks. DUTIES Maintenance technicians are responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and plumbing equipment in resident rooms and common areas.
