Description:
AGRILAND FS is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Licensing Specialist. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual ensures timely payments, confirms receipt of product, and administer the appropriate paperwork for our fleet vehicles. Core responsibilities: Ensure that all bill of lading match with invoice and receipt of product Coordinate with appropriate personnel on fleet tracking Ensure fleet documentation is properly recorded, maintained, and dispersed Code vendor invoices Distribute invoices for approval & enter invoices for payment Dispute any necessary invoices Answer vendor inquiries Reconcile monthly vendor statements What we need from you: Two-year accounting or business administrative degree; or equivalent work experience Excellent accounting / basic business skills Organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time Excellent communication skills Good data entry skills with a strong attention to detail Excellent self-starting skills demonstrating the ability to work under little supervision Ability to learn and master propriety computer software Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Products What we offer our team: Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, and more Solid retirement future with a 100% company-funded Pension Plan at no cost to you, plus an additional 401k with company match Resources for career development and opportunities for career advancement Casual office attire with company clothing allowance Are you a good match to join the AGRILAND FS Team as an Accounts Payable and Licensing Specialist in Winterset?
