Friendship Manor is currently seeking highly motivated, outgoing and friendly candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with customers, cooks, and other staff. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired. This position is part time and does include some weekend hours. Responsibilities Prepare dining area for meal Greet and seat residents/guests upon entrance Take food and drink orders accurately Engage with customers in a friendly manner Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems Collaborate with other servers and kitchen staff Help food preparation staff when necessary Skills Experience exhibiting patience while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with other staff.
