Job purpose The Client Service Servicing Specialist is responsible for processing service items for existing Trajan® Wealth clients while providing excellent customer service with great attention to detail. Duties and responsibilities Process client contributions Process client distributions Process wire transfers and other money movement transactions Process end of year required minimum distributions Process investment account model changes Answer team inbound calls and enter appropriate service request in salesforce. Submit billing on account closures Research & Resolve issues that may arise with client accounts Assist with additional projects as needed Qualifications Previous financial industry experience 2+ yrs Salesforce experience preferred Customer service experience 2+ yrs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills.
