SwimKids Utah in Holladay, UT is looking to hire a full-time General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our facility. Do you enjoy working with kids ? REWARDS This position earns a competitive salary of $50,000 - $55,000 a year . We also provide great benefits , including: Medical Dental Vision Health savings account (HSA) Paid time off (PTO) Bonuses 401(k) Parental leave Phone Stipend QUALIFICATIONS Supervisor and/or manager experience (preferred) Leadership skills Customer Service skills Passion for working with kids Dependability RESPONSIBILITIES Hiring and training of staff Oversee day-to-day operations & forecast business needs Oversee building maintenance and cleanliness WORK SCHEDULE The General Manager position requires an average of 45 hours a week during our regular business hours of Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm as well as occasional Saturday shifts . You must be able to work afternoons and evenings. ABOUT SWIMKIDS UTAH SwimKids Utah specializes in private, one-on-one swimming lessons.
