Position Overview: The Title Clerk/Parts, Garments, and Accessories Associate works under the guidance of and assists the Location Manager or GM to examine titles and written contracts for the sale, transfer, and purchase of property. Responsibilities: Complete and review Penn DOT & DCNR paperwork Maintain inventory and security of Penn DOT and DCNR Dealer & Consumer registration permits and tags Manage license plate inventory of ATVs, UTVs, Motorcycles, and Trailers File customer records Provide maintenance and upkeep of Bestlinepowersports.com website & Facebook Answer incoming calls from internal and external customers. Assist in the operation of parts department. Assist in the operation of service department counter. Assist in facility maintenance, including but not limited to groundskeeping and housekeeping. Manage and order store and office supplies Ensure that our practices align with updated state regulations, as regulations may change periodically Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Retail experience in a dealership environment is preferred Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Ability to use a computer Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License PA Notary Public or ability to obtain within 6 months Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) w/ company match Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid vacation Paid sick time Vision insurance
