First Resources Corp. of Burlington is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) offering different schedule options! Our agency serves individuals who come to receive assistance from Direct Support Professionals with gaining the skills necessary to maintain independence in their homes and live the most fulfilling life possible! In this role you will be assisting clients with all personal cares needed, work on goals the clients set, assist in medication passes, engage in social outings and community activities when able, and being an advocate for our clients. At First Resources Corp. we strive to inspire hope and to contribute to the well-being of the people we serve! Schedule Options: Part-time shift working one, day shift and one, overnight shift Job Functions: Money management for clients Cooking and cleaning as needed for clients Assisting with Personal cares daily Goal Setting and achieving Communication and self-expression needs Working on coping skills Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Thorough training will be provided during your employment to excel at this position! No previous experience required! Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record and show proof of auto insurance. Satisfactory results on background check. APPLY TODAY!
