Imagine360 is currently seeking an Upland Advocacy Healthcare Research Intern to join our team! Imagine360 specializes in reducing health insurance costs for mid-size businesses. Our company collaborates with employers to design self-insured health plans and establish limits for payment of medical claims that are based upon health providers' actual costs of services. The Internship Program offers undergraduate students the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience within our corporate environment. We are seeking students who are available will be remote beginning in May and ending in August. This internship is for up to 20 hours per week for the duration of the program. Position Location: 100% Remote Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Review and interpret web-based hospital financial assistance policies Assist Advocacy team in developing a national hospital financial assistance database that connects patients with medical bill relief. Synthesize key policy findings and identify critical gaps or missing information Summarize policy offerings in Upland Advocacy proprietary database Assemble and organize key policy exhibits and support materials Research state & federal regulations impacting local financial assistance Develop expertise in medical bill relief landscape, including comparison of policies and resources across markets Required Experience / Education: Ability to resolve problems independently and demonstrate ability to multi-task Computer skills which include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as navigation utilizing the Internet Excellent communication skills via email and telephone Team player able to collaborate with other departments Want to see our latest job opportunities?
