Imagine360 is currently seeking a Member Services Intern to join our team! Imagine360 specializes in reducing health insurance costs for mid-size businesses. Our company collaborates with employers to design self-insured health plans and establish limits for payment of medical claims that are based upon health providers' actual costs of services. The Internship Program offers undergraduate students the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience within our corporate environment. We are seeking students who are available will be remote beginning in May and ending in August. Interns will work up to full-time per week during the program. Position Location: 100% Remote Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist with special projects involving data mining and reporting related to performance metrics and key departmental statistics Work with leadership team to assess results of performance data Assist members with their initial set up of their balance bill and answer inquiries related to the balance bill management process Maintain communication with internal cross-functional partners (Audit, Client Services) and third-party partners to obtain all necessary documentation Track status and resolution of balance bill set up inquires and issues Required Experience / Education: Currently obtaining a degree in social work, public health, psychology or related field Ability to resolve problems independently and demonstrate ability to multi-task Computer skills which include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as navigation utilizing the Internet Excellent communication skills via email and telephone Team player able to collaborate with other departments Want to see our latest job opportunities?
